CUSTOMER CANCELLATION 14+ DAYS BEFORE EVENT:

Reservation deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made toward the remaining balance may be transferred to one rescheduled event date, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION 7–13 DAYS BEFORE EVENT:

Reservation deposit remains non-refundable. Boydstone Farms & Friends may allow payments to be transferred to another available date at its discretion.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT:

Payments are non-refundable except when Boydstone Farms & Friends determines that extraordinary circumstances justify a credit or rescheduling.

BOYDSTONE FARMS & FRIENDS CANCELLATION:

If Boydstone Farms & Friends cannot provide the contracted service and an acceptable replacement date cannot be arranged, payments received for the cancelled service will be refunded.
